DetailsAt Starlight Knit, I know how important our homes are to us. I am happy to introduce my hand knit Giant chunky Merino Wool blankets. This is the perfect way to bring beauty and softness to your home. This is an exceptional item that is soft, warm and incredibly cozy.
Every blanket is custom-made. I knit my blankets by hand and use only the finest Merino sheep wool and with many decades of knitting experience, I have to say these blankets are the most amazing and luxurious items I have ever created.
Please keep in mind that Merino wool is a natural material and in the beginning it will shed but only until the wool sets. Due to the nature of Merino wool, flyaways and pilling are normal. To reduce this process and keep it looking its best be gentle with your blanket. You can either trim them away with scissors or remove by hand but in both cases be very gentle.
